Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. **Partner with the best** In this role, you will play an important role in developing, implement and support service technologies, products, and resolution of fleet issues that meets customers expectation. You will work within a team of experts for the design and the upgrade of the installation, commissioning, and maintenance manuals for IET Gas Technology Equipment and plants, leveraging on Digital/3D modelling technology, technical expertise, and Design Practices. You will partner with key stakeholders in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, IET Gas Technology Services and IET Gas Technology Equipment organizations to drive a culture of innovation, proactivity, quality and collaboration assuring the key requirements are captured with new technology approach to improve equipment first time yield at start up. As a Technical Manuals Expert Service Engineering, with focus on requisition projects and NPD programs, you will be accountable for: - Independently managing multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality, and ensure schedule requirements are met, prioritizing as needed. - Designing of Technical Manuals and procedures using innovative approach and digital tools aimed to improve quality and productivity. - Developing/upgrading Engineering Standards, tools, and Design Practices. - Developing new technical instruction, manuals and plan with regard NPD and new Energy Technology Solutions - Coordinating and supporting the outsource engineering resources, monitoring their quality, timing, and productivity. - Assuring document finalization following Customer requirement and to expedite delivery according to the project transmission rules. - Participating in teams for problem solving, standardization, and best practice sharing. - Providing support during Inquire To Order phase by analyzing Customer’s specification - Participating to Customer meetings and Technical Reviews - Supporting RCA and Site issues by assuring quality awareness through lessons learned implementation, technical notes issuing and resolutions of top issues. - Providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers. - Interfacing with the Project Management, Installation Manager, and the Project Engineering for issuing Job customized documentation in accordance with contractual milestones. - Protecting and promoting the Company Intellectual Property rights and HSE policy. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a BSc. or MSc. in Engineering from an accredited university or college. - Have proven experience in Engineering projects/programs or Field Service activities. - Be familiar with turbomachinery, erection, start-up, and maintenance operation. - Be able to manage multiple and complex tasks and establish effective work priorities by having a Customer Centric behavior. - Show proactive approach and experimental mindset driving innovation. - Be able to lead tasks and interface effectively with all levels of the organization. - Show passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the Project. - Be able to work in a global environment. - Be familiar with Baker Hughes e-tools like TCE, EDM, and computational tools used in machinery design development. - Show knowledge of international standard - Show knowledge of XML language - Display knowledge of Hazop and/or Ergonomic & EHS matter. - Be fluent both in written and verbal Italian and English language - Hold a EU Work Permit **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
