**TESTING & VALIDATION LEADER - ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS - AUTOMOTIVE DOMAIN**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Testing Leader responsible for the validation of Infotainment system and Instrument Cluster, aimed at Automotive Domain. You will be responsible for understanding the customer requirement specifications and should be able to design test solutions against them. You will prepare test plans and strategy to execute system testing in vehicle or labs. Therefore, deep understanding on automotive infotainment domain, standards, Software/hardware architecture are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to work as a leader for system testing and coordinate testing activities at Italy; collect testing status from India to update customer
- Regular communication to offshore team at India to discuss the testing progress, risks and to support the team for resolving issues related to test rigs
- Single point of contact for customer to ensure the correct performance of the testing activity, in agreement with the customer provided schedule
- Preparing and reviewing of documentation, including test plan, test procedures and test results documents
- Coordination of vehicle testing and drive testing activities at Italy
- Technical coordination with the customer for proposals, schedule, cost estimates, test environment arrangement etc.
- Resolve technical issues related to test environment and setup
- Work as part of an agile team to meet the customer schedule
- Facilitate smooth communication between testing teams at Italy and India.
**Skills/Requirements**:
- Education: B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering\Electronics\Communication Engineering
- 5+ years of strong experience in Automotive Infotainment, IC System/Products
- Good knowledge of Automotive Infotainment System Architecture (Software and Hardware)
- Experience in Instrument Cluster features like fuel filter algorithm, trip computer and infotainment system features like Phone projection, Tuner, Navigation, Player and Vehicle functions etc.
- Must have experience in preparing system test cases and tracing system requirement specifications to system test cases
- Proficient in vehicle power modes and power modes testing
- Experience in defect management tools like JIRA, Polarion etc.
- Experience in Manual and Automated testing
- Proficient in using testing tools like CANoe, CANape, Radio signal generator, GPS simulator etc.
- Should have very good analytical and technical skills to provide testing solution to the customer
- Should have excellent communication, facilitation, moderation and interpersonal skills to face to the customers
- Fluent English speaker
