**Posizione**:
We are looking for a **JUNIOR HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST** to support the Administration and Payroll Team in the management and processing of salaries starting from the coding sheets presence fulfill the legal duties, tax and social security regarding personnel administration. List the key performance indicators (Sales and Marketing example: Market Share, Revenue, ROS, % new Product Sales, etc.). Indicate the financial responsibilities.

**Requisiti**:
**KEY CHALLENGES**:

- support the management office staff attendance and support to colleagues
- support the management store personnel attendance and store manager support
- support the management maternity leave, special leave, Law 104
- support the management injury management
- support the management Anf (family allowance)
- support the management of deductions' tax
- support the processing and control salary check for areas of expertise
- support the management data for the purposes of ' processing model and the model 770 Cud

**CORE COMPETENCIES**:

- Basic knowledge of labour contract and payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Team Building

- Adaptability

**LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY**
- Italian
- Good knowledge of English
