What you will do

Buil-In Kitchen Studio Support Manager is the focal point in HQ organization for the technical education and problem resolution of KS channel

Activities:

- Preparation of documents in order to guarantee proper knowledge to Countries/KS channel/Service Partners/Call Center about:

- Product Technology - Functions - Features
- How to install (dimensions and interface with kitchen fournitures and other products) & Connect to electricity
- How to operate
- How to maintain
- How to solve common issues by remote (call avoidance)
- How to disassembly, verify parts and repair
- Erogation of trainings to Countries & Call Center
- Assessment of Service Provider Network through KPI monitor and dedicated sessions for verification of competences
- Participation in NPI process to guarantee proper design of products to guarantee correct installation and serviceability

Organization of technical meetings with R&D/Quality to follow up technical issues highlighted by Countries/KS channel/Service Partners/Call Center and manage communication back to stakeholders about solutions

What you need to succeed
- Titolo di studio: Bachelor/Master Degree
- Seniority: 5+ years of experience in White Goods Industry
- English language full proficiency. Knowledge of other foreign lanaguages could be a plus

Other Requirements
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
