For an important and consolidated pharmaceutical company, recognized at international level, we are searching a:
FINANCIAL ANALYST BUSINESS PARTNER

The Financial Analyst Business Partner is part of the FP&A Team in the Italian Affiliate.

He/She will be responsible in activities related to reporting, forecasting, budgeting, business planning and accurate month end closing and related performance analysis.

Through financial analysis he/she will identify opportunities for the business, will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure financial decisions are aligned with the business strategy.

The Financial Analyst Business Partner will be expected to influence decisions through collaboration with business partners using financial data and must demonstrate strong business acumen through insights and business knowledge.

**Posizione**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the monthly closure and analysis of deviations vs Bdg or Fcst (P&L & BS);
- Assist the Business Team in planning (Rolling Fcst, Official Fcst & Bdg, LTP);
- Improve current reporting framework according to updated requirements and needs, supporting solutions for visualization, reporting and dashboards;
- Monitoring operating expenses, as:

- Analyze current performance together with the Business;
- Evaluate cost efficiency & return on cost;
- Verify the respect with the Group Guidelines;
- Development of new KPIs;
- Support in the identification of new business opportunities;
- Headcount monitoring & reporting in collaboration with HR;
- Collaborate with Supply Chain & Admin. on Inventory related activities.

**Requisiti**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent;
- great management of deadlines and conflicting agendas;
- positive attitude and team working (being proactive in developing solutions);
- advanced skills with Excel & PPT, ability to learn financial systems quickly;
- good interpersonal skills;
- strong analytical ability & attention to details;
- eager to learn and drive improvement in all aspects;
- curious mindset;
- fluency in Italian and English (reading & writing).

**Altre informazioni**:
Would be considered as plus:

- experience in the Financial Planning or Business Controlling in multinational comp;
- experience with ERPs, SAP (FI/CO), BPC;
- knowledge of Power BI;
- strong accounting knowledge (knowledge of OIC/IFRS);
- financial Modelling skills;
- experience in Life Sciences Industry.
