Summary:
Assist the Plant Controller in partnering Operations, Sourcing and Engineering, supporting standard and statutory costing, Business Case creation and financial analyses, reconciliation to P&L, Capex management, inventory evaluation, Cost of poor quality.

Duties and responsibilities
- Support monthly closing activities with focus on factory costs, material purchases and inventory evaluations
- Support fixing AOP Standard Costs: internal Hourly rates, purchase and subcontracting cost, plant overhead surcharges;
- Analyze main cost variances, including labor and overhead absorptions;
- Assist NPD and Operations in the development of business cases;
- Support the plant controller analyzing and explaining Business case Financial result;
- Support gathering and populating cost of poor quality;
- Managing Capex flow from expenditure request to capitalization and depreciation, and monitoring to Operation and NPD the progress state of the projects
- Support Annual Physical Inventory and Cycle counting process

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience

- Proactivity, confidentiality and accuracy
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in IT skills
- Excellent English

- Problem solving and ability to simplify and improve inefficient processes

- Basic knowledge on financial mathematic in particular Internal rate of returns, Net present value, discounted and not discounted payback Calculation
- Travel time 5%
