**Junior Account Manager - East South Italy**:
**_As an Account Manager for the Italian market, your core mission is to build long-term partnerships across the Foodservice, distributor and end-customer markets in Italy. Our new colleague, account manager, will focus on achieving volume and margin targets within your region, aligned with both team and individual objectives, and all within the strategic framework of Gourmand._**

**_ Our new account manager will become the preferred partner for existing customers, maintain close relationships with your distributors, and actively identify new business opportunities within the area of East South Italy._**

You are responsible for managing all production teams. You manage the team leaders, support their planning and actively focus on the development of all people.

**This is what the account manager will do at Gourmand**:
**Account Management & Business Development**- Execute account plans aligned with Gourmand's strategic objectives- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based customer relationships- Collaborate with the Italian field team and internal sales colleagues- Proactively anticipate obstacles and develop winning tactics- Maintain thorough administrative follow-up aligned with KPIs- Expand Gourmand’s footprint in the Foodservice segment

**This is you**:
- Bachelor's or master degree or equivalent through a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- You live central in the area of East South Italy- Independent and structured working style with strong team spirit- In-depth understanding of the frozen viennoiserie and Foodservice landscape- A personal network in the sector is a strong asset- Fluent in English (spoken and written)- Respectful and highly team-oriented
