In particolare le figure ricercate sono:

- Barman/Barlady
- Pizzaiolo
- Commis di cucina
- Lavapiatti
- Magazziniere

Qui di seguito le caratteristiche comuni richieste per tutte le figure:

- esperienza pregressa sul ruolo
- resistenza allo stress
- atteggiamento positivo e buone capacità di comunicazione
- capacità di anticipare e risolvere eventuali problemi e/o reclami
- impegno a fornire un elevato livello di servizio al cliente
- buona organizzazione e flessibilità
- disponiblità al lavoro in turni
- buon grooming
- buona capacità di lavoro in gruppo
- italiano madrelingua o ottimo, inglese fluente

Requisiti preferenziali:

- esperienze in catene internazionali
- esperienze effettuate all'estero
- conoscenza di un’altra lingua straniera
- residenza a Milano o interland
