**Tasks**
- The TÜV SÜD Business Assurance Division has established a Global Sustainability Team (GST) supporting the country offices worldwide with the marketing and delivery of projects in the field of sustainability, the growth of related sales and business portfolio, the development of new products and solutions, the coordination of international programs and the monitoring of overall level of quality and compliance.
- The applicant will be integrated in the GST and collaborate on the team s projects in the field of sustainability, under coordination of the Business Line Manager as well as Project and Product Managers.
- ** Overall support to sustainability projects,** with a focus on human rights and due diligence.
- ** Contribute to the process for product development**and support product innovation, integrating human rights considerations.
- ** Monitor market trends and regulatory developments**, contributing to TUV SUD thought leadership and innovation.**:

- Collect data and analyse KPIs on TUV SUD sustainability services and performance.
- ** Prepare reports and presentations**, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Be part as trainee on site to field activities, such as audits.
- Basic requirements:

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- Strong interest and knowledge of CSR / Sustainability issues (ESG, SDGs, etc.)
- Preferred Human Rights background
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong motivation to accuracy, quality and compliance
- Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Preferential requirements:

- Master in CSR and/or Business Management Systems
- Knowledge already acquired or in progress of CSR standards (e.g. SA8000 Certification; Sustainability Reporting; ISO 26000; SMETA, BSCI, RSCI and other social compliance audits; etc.)
- Experience in management systems auditing
- Ability to analyze data and indicators
- International experiences / multicultural groups
- Knowledge of English language
