**TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE**:
Per il potenziamento del nostro staff dell'ufficio di assistenza técnica, SEA Vision ricerca profili con laurea o diploma tecnico/informatico e titoli equivalenti:
**In cosa consiste la mansione**:

- Fornire un primo supporto tecnico alle richieste telefoniche e/o via mail (ticket) dei clienti.
- Risolvere, dopo opportuna formazione, le problematiche ripetitive;
- Raccogliere, collezionare e strutturare un archivio delle informazioni ricevute, per effettuare il passaggio di quelle più complesse al reparto specifico;
**Cosa stiamo cercando**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta. La conoscenza della seconda lingua costituisce un plus
- Diploma o laurea in ambito informatico/tecnico-scientifico o titoli equivalenti;
- Competenze elettroniche, ma soprattutto informatiche (sia hardware che software) di buon livello;
- La disponibilità alle trasferte (benché il ruolo, di base, non le preveda) è titolo preferenziale;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare lavoro su turni, anche notturni (mandatorio);
