**Job Description**:
We have an opportunity for a **Lead Buyer MRO & Capex **for our Global Industrial Procurement structure.

The Lead buyer is responsible to manage the purchase of indirect materials and equipment for the manufacturing process (CAPEX) and all related activities, directly reporting to Category Sourcing Manager MRO & Capex.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To develop and execute the sourcing strategy specifically but not only for Capex commodity pursuing cost reductions using negotiations, auctions and design to cost approach
- To be responsible for Capex Procurement to catch and meet requirements of the business being a focal point on building relationships with technical functions
- To drive complete sourcing process starting from supplier selection and bidding (RFQ), price negotiations process, issue purchase orders and manage contracts
- To lead contracts development and preparation with legals in order to provide with an adequate level of protection for the company
- To supervise indirects requisitions (RDA) in order to ensure its accuracy and compliance with policies
- To define annual Budget having in mind all potential Purchasing Leverages and fully understand market dynamics and related endogenous and exogenous factors that can have an impact on result
- To ensure systematic supplier measurement be targeted on relevant KPI’s

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as buyer within the Purchasing Department of an International Company;
- Master’s degree in Business Economics or Engineering
- Knowlege of SAP and Office
- Strong leadership attitude, proactivity and self-management as fundamental skills to contribute on delivering outstanding performances
- data analysis oriented


**The position requires to travel for min 20%.**

Workplace**:Ancona** or **Rome**.
