**Description**

**The opportunity**

BU Grid Integration, HBU Europe is looking for a Risk Manager to lead Risk Management and Risk Review process in a strong collaboration with Sales & Tendering and Management of HBU Europe as well as Risk Management Function of Grid Integration.

The Risk Mananger will assure that all risks related to the customer offers of HBU Europe have been identified, assessed, responded and mitigated. HBU Risk Manager will represent HBU Europe in Risk Reviews and will be a member of the HBU Europe Controlling & Risk Management organization.

The location of the role is flexible, ideally colocated with major HE locations in Europe.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Assure that in each tender the risks have been identified and assessed, mitigation actions defined, liabilities to undertake appraised and profitability agreed based on standard Full Cost Model
- Review and validate offers prepared by Sales team in Risk Review process to assure that all tenders issued in HBU Europe are compliant with Group / Company / BU directives and instructions
- Attend / drive Risk Reviews in conjunction with representative from HBU, GPG, BU and/or Company as per the approval level
- Assure that the Risk Review Tool is updated by Tendering Team a timely and diligent manner prior to the Risk Review meeting and after with the MoM/actions agreed
- Prepare a summary of main contracual aspects and circulate to Risk Review participants
- Provide trainings and guidance on Risk Manangement to Grid Integration_HBU Europe organisation
- Be an active member of the HBU team with the ambition to provide a state of art Risk Management process for HBU Europe _BU Grid Integration

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages will be an advantage
- Experience in one of the following functions Risk Management / Sales / Tendering / Project Management / Contract Management
- Experience in project business in an international company and dealing with customers
- Self-driven to secure risk mitigation and process compliance; provide senior expert advice to address key issue, e.g. process, business etc.
- Capacity to provide consistent feedback to organization on Risk Management performance with focus on process.
- Ability to provide trainings in the organization for improvement process and tool knowledge. Act as agent to increase the Company Risk awareness.
- Advanced communication skills to collaborate with global team and HBU Leadership Team
- High level organization skills with attention to details and strong process orientation
