Ricerchiamo una risorsa neo-laureata da inserire in affiancamento e a supporto del team Labour Law Relations della Direzione Human Resources, dedicato al presidio e alla gestione delle relazioni sindacali, al controllo del rispetto del contratto di lavoro e degli adempimenti di legge in materia di diritto del lavoro e alla gestione degli eventuali procedimenti disciplinari riguardanti il personale.
Sei la nostra risorsa ideale se possiedi la Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza o in Scienze dell’ Amministrazione con indirizzo in Relazioni Industriali, hai una forte passione per il Diritto del Lavoro e il Diritto Sindacale, eventualmente comprovata da una tesi in tali ambiti o da una mínima esperienza di praticantato afferente le materie.
Entrando nel team, composto da due professionisti senior, potrai dare il tuo supporto alle seguenti attività:

- Aggiornamento interno su normative afferenti al Diritto del Lavoro e Diritto Sindacale;
- Monitoraggio e catalogazione della documentazione relativa a procedimenti disciplinari, contenzioso del lavoro e accordi sindacali;
- Predisposizione di lettere di contestazione/diffida;
- Stesura/aggiornamento delle politiche del personale;
- Ricerche giurisprudenziali legate a progetti specifici;
- Interfaccia con i referenti dei progetti di competenza dell’ufficio Labour Law Relations.

L’inserimento avverrà tramite stage retribuito di 6 mesi (800 euro/mese + buoni pasto).
