As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for business. You will understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches and have deep understanding of business.

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring preparation, approval and filing of all Company entities for each FY
- Ensuring preparation and approval of General Ledger Entries, managing Account Reconciliation and data collection for external auditors
- Setting up and monitoring accounting processes to ensure Italian compliance
- Detecting signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggesting improvements
- Contributing to any other statutory activity required by the team (especially in the Consolidated Financial Statement preparation)

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc in Accounting / Finance with good experience in Finance field
- Show knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles and Tax/Statutory Accounting Practices
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
- Be able demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
