**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Currently, we are offering a full-time internship role in our HQ in Desio, helping out our global team. The main activities will involve:

- Assisting with researching, preparing, and coordinating the responses of the company to the RFP (request for proposal), including complex and/or strategic information requested
- Assisting with receiving and analyzing RFPs (requests for proposals), and understanding the information needs required.
- Supporting with researching, preparing, and coordinating the responses of the company to the RFP (request for proposal), including complex and/or strategic information requested.
- Supporting with drafting proposals reviewing customer specifications, and getting in-depth feedback from different stakeholders within the company
- Assisting in delivering the complete draft of the proposal to the Proposal Manager according to the agreed deadlines
- Supporting in adopting a scientific approach in writing the proposal to make it appealing from a technical point of view.

- Working in synergy with the Vendor's office.

This role involves great international exposure and customer relations.

Fully office based in Desio, you must be able to commute to the office daily.

What we are looking for:

- Degree in Economics/Finance/ Accounting or similar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular, Excel
- Fluent in English

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €700,00 al mese
