Product Assurance Inspector

The Product Assurance Inspector provides manufacturing internal oversight inspections of work being performed in the workshop and provides coaching to personnel to promote their improvement of processes in the workshop. / _Il Product Assurance Inspector esegue attività di ispezioni interna su attività svolte in officina e fornisce coaching al personale per promuovere il miglioramento dei processi in officina._

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Personal, industrial and nuclear safety as a fundamental part of his/her job./ _La sicurezza personale, industriale e nucleare è una parte fondamentale del suo lavoro._
- Perform oversight on fabrication activities according to job documentation and document results./ _Eseguire la supervisione sulle attività di fabbricazione in base alla documentazione di progetto e ai risultati dei documenti._

- Provide confidence in the manufacturing and control processes./ _Fornire fiducia nei processi di produzione e controllo._
- Identify potential conditions adverse to quality, adverse to nuclear safety and opportunities for improvement./_Identificare le condizioni potenziali avverse alla qualità, avverse alla sicurezza nucleare e le opportunità di miglioramento._

- Active use of Corrective Action and Human Performance programs to timely identify, report, manage, and resolve issues/observations/near misses/good catches./_Uso attivo dei programmi di Corrective Action e Human Performance per identificare, segnalare, gestire e risolvere tempestivamente problemi/osservazioni/mancati incidenti/buone pratiche._
- Verify the compliance with applicable procedures and standards and ensuring all standards and processes are adequately described in Level 2 and 3 procedures./_Verificare la conformità alle procedure e agli standard applicabili e garantire che tutti gli standard e i processi siano adeguatamente descritti nelle procedure di livello 2 e 3._
- Systematically confirm compliance of task execution in accordance with applicable documents; including the Quality Management System (QMS), procedures and drawings./_Confermare sistematicamente l’esecuzione delle attività in conformità ai documenti applicabili; tra cui il Quality Management System (QMS), procedure e disegni._
- Analyze design drawings, quality control plans, fabrication process procedures, test procedures, NDE procedures being utilized for shop operations./_Analizzare i disegni di progettazione, piani di controllo qualità, procedure di processo di fabbricazione, procedure di test, procedure NDE utilizzate per le operazioni di officina._
- Follow the internal oversight plans which shall be prepared by the Product Assurance lead or delegate./ _Seguire i piani di supervisione interni che devono essere preparati dal Product Assurance Lead o delegato._
- Periodically review the certifications that are issued during the fabrication and external supplier activities, including nonconformances to assure compliance of the product and process used./ _Rivedere periodicamente le certificazioni rilasciate durante la fabbricazione e le attività dei fornitori esterni, incluse le non conformità per garantire la conformità del prodotto e dei processi usati._
- Execute the activities of opening, closure and final review of QCP./ _Eseguire le attività di apertura, chiusura e revisione finale del QCP._

**Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies**:
**Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) - Minimum Requirement**:
High School or Bachelor’s Degree

**Years of Experience (if applicable)**:
Experience on manufacturing industries of heavy carpentry or machining, preferred experience in manufacturing of pressure vessels.

**Professional Certifications**:
ANSI Inspector, preferred Welding, NDE qualifications

**Skills and Competencies**:
English level: intermediated
