**Posizione**:
In order to implement our Industrialization Department, we are looking for an Industrialization Technician, who will report directly to the Industrialization Manager.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Draft and approve the production techniques developed, in compliance with safety, quality and budget;
- Pilot and implement product and/or process evolutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service. Investigate the possible causes of non-conformities detected; during manufacturing runs, analyze these non-conformities, and propose corrective or even preventive actions;
- Set up and monitor the implementation of the actions required to optimize the process;
- Solve complex technical problems related to the production or manufacturing process, while ensuring the technical coordination of the laboratory with partner services (Supply Chain, Industrialization, QC, R&D...);
- Partner with customers and suppliers to ensure the technical specifications and quality standards are matched.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's Degree in industrial chemistry is preferable;
- Good knowledge of the cosmetic products and technical knowledge of machines;
- Good knowledge of English: an additional language will be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem solving and ability to find out solutions;
- Good analytical skills.
