Principali responsabilità: - Supervisionare e fornire input sugli aspetti HSE relativi alle attività che si svolgono all'interno del cantiere (fabbricazione della struttura del rivestimento LBCCS Ltd e delle strutture topside). - Supportare la gestione del sito, fornendo consulenza informata e garantendo che la preparazione e l'esecuzione delle operazioni siano sicure e adeguate da parte dell'appaltatore. - Supportare il Work Package Manager per tutte le problematiche HSE. - Esaminare e coordinare con i rappresentanti dell'Azienda/Appaltatore le attività pianificate per garantire il pieno rispetto di tutti i requisiti minimi HSE durante l'esecuzione del lavoro. - Esaminare e valutare le prestazioni di sicurezza dell'appaltatore e di eventuali subappaltatori ispezionando attività, processi, comportamenti e attrezzature e raccogliendo e analizzando dati statistici al fine di fornire un feedback significativo che può essere utilizzato per migliorare lo standard HSE generale in loco. - Garantire il rigoroso rispetto dei requisiti HSE applicabili, in particolare quelli relativi a PTW, JSA/Hazard Identification and Assessment, Toolbox meetings, adeguatezza, fornitura e utilizzo dei DPI, lavori in quota, spazi confinati, esposizione ad atmosfere pericolose e/o sostanze chimiche, mantenendo il livello di ordine previsto e la gestione del luogo di lavoro, garantendo un'attuazione corretta ed efficace della gestione dei rifiuti. - Garantire la fornitura di un livello adeguato di supervisione HSE da parte dell'appaltatore e la formazione HSE del personale in loco. - Sostenere la segnalazione e l'indagine di tutti gli incidenti di sicurezza e rilasciare la relativa documentazione come stabilito nelle procedure applicabili. - Partecipare a tutte le riunioni del sito relative all'HSE, alla pianificazione e alla verifica dei progressi - Effettuare ispezioni e controllare la funzionalità delle apparecchiature di sicurezza. - Riferire, su base concordata al dipartimento HSE del progetto, i dati sulle prestazioni HSE, in particolare: anomalie, incidenti e qualsiasi condizione non sicura o comportamento osservato che potrebbe influire sulle prestazioni HSE. Requisiti: - Diploma tecnico - Minimo 10 anni di esperienza lavorativa in cantieri di fabbricazione E&P o simili - Conoscenza di sistemi di gestione qualità e HSE - Competenze in analisi e valutazione della conformità alla legge e valutazione del rischio Orario 08:00 - 17:00 in sede a Ravenna. Tempo determinato 12 mesi con possibilità di proroga e/o trasformazione. APPLICATION * (*) Registration is not necessary
