**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience in People management, including developing and leading technical teams.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience collaborating with teams, groups, business units, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
- Experience with migration and transformation projects and Knowledge of frameworks, methodology and tooling for cloud foundations.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically team and customer base.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and People management skills.

About the job
As the Delivery Management manager, you will be responsible for the quality of delivery programs managed by the Delivery Executives (DEs) and Cloud Programme Managers (CPM) who form part of their team.
In addition to people management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing and differentiating PSO delivery management capabilities. This includes bringing consistency to skill development and identifying opportunities to uplift the skill set of the delivery management team. Based on the experience of the team, it is critical to identify and implement how PSO can continuously improve and mature our delivery interactions with the customers, Google cross-functional teams and partners.The role will interact with executive internal stakeholders and customers as part of delivery reviews and positioning delivery management in the pre-sales motion. Collaborating closely with delivery team members, the role will advise, support and be responsible for rolling out process and tooling improvements.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of PSO.
- Co-develop and own Delivery Management (DM) strategy initiatives implementations, including leading team members on development and scaling the impact of the DM practice.
- Maturing EMEA PSO Delivery Management capabilities (skills, tools and processes) and uplifting the delivery quality of PSO consulting projects.
- Working with teams to own the integration of practices into PSO project delivery for groups of customers.
- Owning PSO Business OKRs for the team.
