Main tasks:

- Manage and coordinate the project initiatives launched with the Trading Desk Area: connection with new trading platform; set up of new algo trading feature, provisioning of new data/ reporting
- Oversee the services provided by the external providers of the trading platform used by Generali Investments and manage the relationship

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in either Finance or Computer Science
- At least 3-4 years of experience within the professional areas of business requirements gathering functional analysis and solution in the capital market industry especially in the area of trading
- Deep and extensive knowledge of the functioning mechanisms of the Order Management Systems and Execution Management Systems as well as their interaction mechanisms
- Strong knowledge of the functioning principles of Exchanges and Trading Venues
- Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol
- Knowledge of trading tools (e.g. Bloomberg)
- Deep knowledge of capital market and financial securities (fixed income, equity, funds, derivatives, money market instruments, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Italian

- Strong organizational and business process reengineering skills
