Florence&Arno Travel Srl, azienda leader nel turismo esperienziale e nei servizi di alto livello, parte del Gruppo ToItaly SpA, è alla ricerca un Travel consultant & designer.

La risorsa riporterà al Manager del dipartimento e si occuperà della gestione delle richieste legate a esperienze private di alto livello (come richieste di alloggi presso i migliori hotel della zona, transfer, attività come cooking class, visita di musei, organizzazione di eventi in esclusiva ecc.) su tutto il territorio nazionale, provenienti da agenti di viaggio, tour operator e privati, principalmente del Nord America. In particolare, seguirà tutto l'iter della pratica, dalla ricezione della richiesta, alla ricerca dei fornitori e alla definizione della gestione operativa, fino alla presentazione del preventivo al cliente.
- pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente maturata in agenzie o tour operator di incoming in Italia o in strutture alberghiere 4-5 stelle
- conoscenza del mercato del turismo di lusso
- conoscenza delle maggiori agenzie e dei principali tour operator italiani e stranieri operanti sul territorio nazionale nonché dei principali fornitori di servizi nelle più importanti mete turistiche italiane
- ottimo inglese, gradita una seconda lingua straniera
- spiccate capacità relazionali e commerciali
- capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e orientati al risultato
