We are looking for a talented **Digital and Content Specialist **to join our team at Jyamma Games, an independent software house based in Milan, focused on video game development and working on its already anticipated project “Enotria: The Last Song”. As a **Digital and Content Specialist**, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and foster a vibrant community around our game. Your expertise in social media platforms, trend monitoring, competitor analysis, and exceptional copywriting skills will be vital in shaping our game's online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote our game and engage our target audience across various platforms.
- Curate compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more in collaboration with the art and graphic designers.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and community discussions to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Interact with the gaming community, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with players and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively explore innovative ways to enhance our social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Google Suite, Mailchimp, Wordpress and project management tools such as Jira
- Proven experience as a Digital and Content Specialist or similar role within the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in WordPress, with the ability to create and manage website content.
- Demonstrable expertise in planning and executing successful social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to target different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize content strategies.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to improve content visibility and reach.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming community and industry.
