Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project risk manager who will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive and manage professional Risk Review process during the tendering phase and the execution phase by participation in Business and Group risk review meetings, ensuring that Group Risk Management guidelines are communicated to all relevant stakeholders and duly applied, both during tendering and execution phases.- Support Sales team and other departments of the BU Transmission as appropriate during the entire life cycle of the Project- Preparation of Risk deliverables relevant to each tender (project specific Risk Management Plan, Client’s Risk Register, TPA, etc.)- Support the BU Transmission running the Risk and Opportunity Assessment, advising as convenient the business during the negotiation with the customers ensuring the implementation of the appropriate risk mitigation actions.- Reviewing and providing feedback on EPC contracts’ terms and conditions,

Main tasks:
- Perform Project Risk Analysis on several projects in commercial and execution phase, supporting the Tendering and Execution Team in the identification, evaluation, treatment and reporting of project risks.- Development of quantitative risk analysis using Montecarlo technique.- Define and implement Key Risk Indicators and ensure an effective consolidation of risks evaluation within Projects and Company economic data.In addition, support drafting of Purchase Orders, Contracts and Subcontracts and ensures that relevant (sub) contracts contain appropriate contract terms to protect Prysmian’s interest, including flow-down of main contract terms. Analyzes prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts.

Who are we looking for?- Law degree or Management engineering degree- Knowledge of tecniques of risk analysis, evaluation and management (iso31000 and PMBok7)- Knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques (Montecarlo Analysis)- Minumum 5/7 years of similar experience in EPC sector- Knowledge of International standards FDIC (yellow and silver book)- Knowledge of International Maritime Law- Knowledge of construction insurance principles
