This is why we are looking for a passionate **Regional HR Manager** who will be based in our office in Milan. Reporting to the Regional HR Head, you will participate in the daily life of teams across several countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal & Malta), as well as support the HR Team in this period of strong growth, by being part of our roadmap of HR projects (e.g., implementation of new tools, evolution of our internal processes). All of these by bringing into life and promoting our corporate culture and values.

**What you will do**
- Support and advise Managers and local teams as a privileged interlocutor.
- Develop and implement Human Resources procedures on a regional level, in accordance with our Group Policies.
- Participate actively in the recruitment efforts, integration, and mobility of employees in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team.
- Be responsible for the Performance Management across the Region of responsibility.
- Develop an Employees’ Skills Plan and monitor their training needs.
- Handle employee relations and any relevant labor issue.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects that match your talent and passions.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Head in the operational HR strategy.
- Monitor metrics and indicators and report them on a quarterly basis.
- Initiate and coordinate projects to promote well-being at work.
- ‘Live’ our values and enhance our employer branding both internally and externally.
- Manage administrative stuff and payroll-related data.
- Manage office’s daily good operations and accounting.

**Requirements**:
You have worked minimum 3 years as a HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s in Human Resources.
- You are super confident with digital communication tools (MS Teams, ATS, etc.).
- You have solid knowledge of both HR and employment law and personnel administration.
- You speak and write fluently in English & Italian (Spanish, Portuguese or any other language of the respective region will be considered a plus).
- You are flexible and you know how to support different audiences and deal with any unexpected events.
- You can measure and report your work results.
- You enjoy working in a team and taking ownership of your work.
- You're a good communicator with excellent listening skills.
