Azienda leader nelle costruzioni cerca una figura da inserire nel reparto recruiting.
La risorsa selezionata avrà il compito di gestire e supportare il processo di ricerca, selezione e gestione del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team HR e i vari dipartimenti aziendali per garantire un’efficace gestione delle risorse umane.
**Mansioni**:
- Redazione e gestione dei contratti di lavoro, monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali, registrazione delle pratiche amministrative relative ai dipendenti, supporto alla gestione delle pratiche di assunzione e cessazione.
- Offrire supporto quotidiano al team, rispondere alle richieste riguardanti le risorse umane e contribuire alla risoluzione di problematiche relative a gestione del personale e questioni amministrative
- Gestire i corsi di formazione e di sicurezza riguardanti il personale.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma di maturità
- Motivazione e determinazione
- Spirito di squadra
- Predisposizione al contatto con il cliente.
**Offerta e benefit**:
- Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi rinnovabile
- Orario full time, dal lunedì al venerdì 8:30-12:30/14:00-18:00
- Telefono aziendale
- Corsi di formazione retribuiti.
