Our Client is one of the most innovative company in renewable energy industry.
We are looking for a Regulation and Compliance Manager, whom will be responsible for managing regulatory risks to the business and identifying and developing opportunities afforded by regulatory change. Main markets are EU, US, KR;
**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for regulatory compliance within Industry codes, laws and directives.
- Identify and monitor Regulatory requirements to ensure Business continuity and allow the customer to operate the product/service in accordance with the relevant regulations and contractual commitments
- The position is responsible for the assessment and continuous improvement of the processes that concur to the product compliance and certification
- Supervise input requirements to support designers in the product development
- Supervise relationship with Notified Bodies and Accredited Laboratories in close cooperation with Product Manager and Product Safety Manager.
- Master’s degree in technical or scientific area
- At least 3 years’ experience in a complex industrial manufacturing or certification company preferred
- Good knowledge (C1) in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in product certification and Notified Body relationship (Gas Appliance Regulation and Machine Directive experience preferred)
- Experience in extra EU markets (North America and Asia) welcome
