**What You'll Do**
- Lead private walking tours tailored to small groups
- Share local stories, history, and insights about Genoa
- Adapt tours to guests’ interests and preferences

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Local Knowledge**: Strong familiarity with Genoa’s streets, neighborhoods, and top sights
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
- **Personality**: Friendly, engaging, and confident in communicating with people from all over the world
- **Flexibility**: Available to host tours lasting between 3 and 8 hours
