La sua missione è rispondere alle esigenze dinamiche di start-up, freelance e nuove generazioni che vogliono incontrarsi, connettere e condividere il lavoro o la vita privata.

Nata dall’esperienza maturata dalla realizzazione e gestione dei 3 building di co-working spaces del Gruppo OneDay, WAO punta a trasformare spazi vuoti in luoghi pieni di vita.

Non si limita a creare spazi di condivisione, ma li progetta in modo da farli diventare una parte organica e vitale della città e del quartiere che li ospitano.

Stiamo cercando un **Accounting and Finance assistant**inserire in** stage** all’interno del team Finance di WAO e OneDay, che lavorerà principalmente per WAO e supporterà i colleghi di OneDay.

**In questa esperienza formativa avrai modo di dare supporto al management in diverse attività tra cui**:

- Processi amministrativi (finance operations come fatturazione, scadenziari, rapporti con i fornitori e i clienti).
- Predisposizione note spese.
- Gestione dei processi contabili attraverso l'utilizzo dei diversi software contabili e gestionali.
- Confronto continuo con personale interno e consulenti esterni (come lo studio paghe).
- Supporto nella redazione di reportistica.
