**REQUISITI**

Il nostro recruiter ideale è un profilo diplomato o laureato che possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:

- buona conoscenza del pc;
- ottima propensione commerciale;
- ottime capacità relazionali ed organizzative;
- competenze in ambito social e digital recruiting;
- esperienza precedente di almeno 2 anni maturata nel contesto delle agenzie per il lavoro o in ambito commerciale nel settore servizi (immobiliare, telefonia, assicurazioni, energia);
- passione per le risorse umane.

**RUOLO**

Il recruiter, inserito nel team di filiale, con un percorso formativo strutturato, si occuperà di:

- recruiting;
- ricerca e selezione del personale;
- amministrazione del personale e attività commerciali;
- gestione clienti e lavoratori.

Il ruolo è estremamente motivante e offre stimoli e opportunità di confrontarsi con tematiche diverse. Previsto percorso di crescita professionale con obiettivi definiti.
