Plant Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Plant Quality Specialist.
This job position ensures compliance with legal and other regulations, IMS principles. He/she respects and participates in building and maintaining IMS system. Creates favorable working conditions and ensures safety and health at work. He/she is responsible for determining the causes of the non-conformities on the assigned section and sets forth immediate measures and corrective actions. He/she is involved in raising the professional level of employees. He/she participates in the planned educational events according to the training plan. He/she collaborates with different departments to meet the assigned tasks and requirements.
The position holder provides information about individual claim cases where is necessity to arrange support from QM Dept. The position holder maintains the IMS documentation of QM Dept.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing of support during all types of audits by third party
- Organization and support of quality meetings, conferences
- Maintenance and acquaintance of QM & FE staff with new Q-documentation
- Technical support to CQ Director
- Assurance of contact with customers
- Providing of information regarding serious claims demanding actions from QM Team

Authorities:

- View all confidential documents that are needed in order to properly perform duties, such as sales contracts, distribution contracts, frame delivery agreements etc.
- Incur necessary cost for travel, etc.
- To manage and to organize the activities of quality Dept., mainly in consequence with tire claims, to check fulfillment of tasks to achieve the goals
- To ask for co-operation of all other departments, if necessary, to impose the tasks.
- To suggest measures to improve the quality management system.
- Other competences pursuant to Labor code and internal standards.
