ABOUT THE ROLE

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze, collect, comment and deliver scientific and technical publications in collaboration with Medical Affair roles
- Train AR&R and Breast organization (direct and indirect) on clinical/scientific/technical topics.
- Organize and update the AR&R and Breast Clinical Information data base (including its strategic use in regional tenders).
- Develop links with Scientific Community, KOL and other partners including workshops and all educational part.
- Monitor competitors’ clinical/scientific activity.
- Strategic analysis and planning clinical activities & return on investment.
- They have to own a sound knowledge of all services and products and effectively use this to advance a sales opportunity by working closely with the local marketing team to prepare, present and demonstrate technical aspects of solutions as they relate directly to customer needs.
- They have to work closely with the European Clinical operation leader to ensure that the tools & solutions vital to support customers are approved, updated and continuously improved.
- They have to work closely with the counterparts of the other Units to explore and support «product and solution harmonies» as part of the BDX solution-selling strategy.
- They assist the Regional Healthcare Partners where and when scientific support is needed as part of the «above account» relation strategy.
- They are responsible for «sensing» the market to detect any technological evolution (new instruments, new methods, emerging solutions...) that could strengthen or weaken our market position. In this view, they also keep updated the entire AR&R organization.

**About you**:

- Biomedical / biology background.
- Clinical Experience in a multinational environment.
- Marketing Experience at EMEA Level.
- Experience in people management is an asset.
- Proficient English.
