Digital Solutions Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist to join the Digital Solutions Team within the Retail Solutions & Client Experience digital unit, working on both internal and external processes, related to the areas of customer experience, retail and clientelling.
The Digital Solutions Team works across the entire company to bring innovation in corporate and business processes, making the digitalization possible through concrete and valuable solutions. Being part of this means open mindness and sensitivity, as well as concreteness and result orientation.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Main activities will include the life cycle management of a digital solution project: collect the requirements, understand and analyze the context, find possible solutions, define the project brief, activate the development, implement and deliver the solution, support the go live and the adoption.
The position will interact with the Digital Solutions team and with all the company departments involved in the making of digital projects.
**Requirements**:
2/5 years experience having a role in digital projects inside dynamic and innovative contexts (startups, digital divisions of companies, consulting companies, software houses);
Degrees in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar;
Knowledge of project management methodologies;
Ability to interact with different professional profiles, from business to technical teams;
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to sum up an overall vision;
Sensitivity for users and customers needs;
Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
Excellent teamwork skills to foster cross-team relationships;
Knowledge, curiosity and passion about technology and digital environments;
Strong focus on results overcoming obstacles, organization and sense of priorities;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Fluent in English and Italian.
