Requisiti minimi
**HARD SKILLS**:
- Esperienza in customer service
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Capacità di utilizzo dei social media
**SOFT SKILLS**:
- Comunicazione efficace
- Capacità di pianificazione
- Time Management
- Capacità di problem solving
- Orientamento al cliente
