Per il Centro di Competenza ServiceNow, del
settore Digital Solution, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Solution
Consultant.
svolgono attività sulla piattaforma e coinvolto/a in progetti in corso oppure
in fase di acquisizione.
**Attività**:
Configurare e manutenere uno o più componenti
( ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM e HR ) della soluzione ServiceNow
Realizzare i requisiti richiesti dai Clienti
utilizzando le Best Practices e gli standard proposti dal vendor
Valutare e proporre nuove funzionalità e
percorsi di evoluzione della piattaforma ai Clienti
Collaborare con il Project Manager per
garantire il successo del progetto in termini di qualità, costi e tempi
**È garantita**:
La partecipazione a percorsi di formazione
ufficiali ServiceNow e ai test per l'ottenimento delle
certificazioni sui vari moduli della piattaforma
La possibilità di collaborare in un team
dinamico, affiatato e collaborativo
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze
dell’informazione o esperienza equivalente sul campo
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella
realizzazione di progetti in uno degli ambiti di cui sopra, anche su
prodotti diversi da ServiceNow
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in attività di
configurazione/implementazione di ServiceNow; sono gradite esperienze di
integrazione di ServiceNow con altre soluzioni tecnologiche
Certificazione
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certificazione ServiceNow Certified
Implementation Specialist (CIS) in almeno uno degli ambiti della soluzione
di cui sopra (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, HR)
Esperienza nell’utilizzo di XML, HTML,
JavaScript, Web Services, ecc.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (il
livello C1 sarà considerato un plus)
Attitudine a lavorare in gruppo ed a fornire
soluzioni ai problemi tecnici durante l’esecuzione delle attività
progettuali
