**Cosa stiamo cercando**

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura che entrerà a far parte del Team Origination & Post Deal all’interno dell’Area Market & Investments di Cherry Bank S.p.A.

**Requisiti**:
**Di cosa ti occuperai**
- Mantenere e gestire i rapporti con le controparti esterne relativamente agli aspetti operativi e giuridici conseguenti l’acquisto di crediti NPL effettuati dalla Banca;
- Gestire in maniera organizzata le richieste derivanti dalle unità interne (in particolare, BU NPL Transformation e BU Operations) conseguenti l’acquisto di crediti NPL, analizzandole e veicolandole, ove necessario, agli interlocutori esterni;
- Partecipare alla fase di negoziazione contrattuale di processi di acquisto e di disinvestimento di crediti NPL, in particolare per quanto attiene gli adempimenti post-acquisto, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team legale interno e con le controparti interessate a cedere/acquistare crediti NPL;
- Contribuire alla presentazione alle BU interne dei progetti di acquisto e di disinvestimento di volta in volta perfezionati dalla Banca;
- Fare da punto di riferimento per la relazione esterna post perfezionamento degli acquisti e disinvestimenti di crediti NPL.

**Must have**
- Titolo di studio: Laurea in discipline economico/finanziarie/giuridiche;
- Esperienza lavorativa pregressa | Esperienza, anche stage di almeno 6 mesi nella divisione advisory di una primaria società di consulenza e/o banche / servicer / fondi di investimento/ studio legale.

- Capacità di lavorare in team e per obiettivi;
- Competenze in materia di contrattualistica;
- Approccio critico ed improntato al problem solving.
