**MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Management Agent to join our team in Rome.**:
**The Role**

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

- Answering customers inquires
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

**About You**

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Lifecycle Management Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:

- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Fluent level of English
- Fluent level of French is a plus
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
- Flexibility to accomodate any travel requirements
