**About the Job**:
We’re looking for a Junior Consultant for our Rome office, who is determined and motivated by strong curiosity and passion and who is eager to start a professional path in IT consulting. The resource will be supported by senior colleagues and will be involved in international projects and activities related to IT compliance and IT security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze functional requirements
- Monitor and optimize existing processes
- Interact with clients
- Manage challenges
- Support users

**Qualifications required**:

- Degree in scientific/economics disciplines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
- Excellent knowledge of English

**Complete the profile**:

- Great analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interest in IT consulting
- Desire to work in a team focused environment and support other team members with collaborative spirit
