Quality & Data Analysis Internship - Revisione dei Processi e Ottimizzazione dei Dati

**L’Opportunità** Cerchiamo uno stagista appassionato di qualità e analisi dati per unirsi al nostro team. Avrai la possibilità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il responsabile della qualità e dei dati aziendali, contribuendo a migliorare i nostri processi attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti e metodologie analitiche.

**Cosa farai**
- Collaborerai alla revisione e ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali, identificando aree di miglioramento in termini di qualità e efficienza.
- Analizzerai i dati relativi ai processi aziendali per individuare trend, inefficienze e opportunità di innovazione.
- Supporterai la stesura e revisione delle procedure aziendali per garantire conformità agli standard ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015.
- Parteciperai all’esecuzione di audit interni, raccogliendo dati e contribuendo alla redazione di report.
- Imparerai a utilizzare strumenti di analisi dati (come Excel, Power BI o software di BI simili) per supportare il monitoraggio e la reportistica dei KPI aziendali.
- Contribuirai alla redazione e verifica della documentazione necessaria per la certificazione FSC e altri standard di sostenibilità.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea triennale/magistrale (o in corso di completamento) in Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica, Data Science, Qualità, Economia o discipline affini.
- Forte interesse per la qualità, i processi aziendali e l’analisi dati.
- Conoscenza approfondita di strumenti di analisi dati (Excel essenziale).
- Capacità analitiche e problem-solving.
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1).
- Flessibilità, proattività e voglia di imparare.

**Contratto**
- **Tipologia**: Tirocinio formativo/stage (6 mesi).
- **Retribuzione**: €800/1.000 mese.
- **Orario**: Tempo pieno, dal lunedì al venerdì.
- Nota: La disponibilità di un mezzo proprio per raggiungere la sede aziendale è essenziale_

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6/8 mesi
