WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will collaborate with your tutor in**:

- Managing and optimizing CRM Salesforce processes for both B2C and B2B channels.
- Understanding of execution and management of different marketing activities.
- Analyzing data and creating detailed reports to support marketing decision-making.
- For B2B operations, working with SAP to manage and analyze customer and sales data.
- Participating in developing automated marketing workflows and customer segmentation.
- Identifying process efficiencies and contributing to the overall improvement of marketing operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
