PRODUCT LINE MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING TOOLS Main Task and Responsibilities: - Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for instrumentation products. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative instrumentation products. - Requirements Gathering: Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market analysis. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction - Specific Product & Application Knowledge: Sensor & Instrumentation technologies in the pharmaceutical Industry, Automation Software & Firmware in GMP environment, Filling machine & Isolator integration To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the instrumentation or related industry. - Very good knowledge of the current regulations: GMP, manufacturing and control of pharmaceutical products. - Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing market: Concepts of sterility assurance, Clean room validation. - Good understanding of sales processes, cycles & methodologies. - Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree will be considered as a plus. Alternatively >5 years experience in a relevant technical field. - Very good knowledge of English and of MS Office is required. - The position will work full remote Rome (Italy), Boulder (Colorado).
