The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the HR&Engagement Support (internship) role will make an impact: - Support the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.- Assist in planning and organizing company-wide events to strengthen workplace relationships.- Collaborate with the HRBP on Wellness Program initiatives and activities to promote employee well-being.- Assist the HR department in preparing and presenting HR metrics and reports, both current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be").- Provide daily administrative support, including electronic data transmission and account creation in the ERP system (Workday).- Manage the induction and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in executing the Performance Management process.- Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications to enhance employee awareness and engagement.- Support teams and individuals in developing and implementing their professional growth plans. About Your Skills & Experience- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Communication or Humanistic field; Master degree in Human Resources would be an asset- Previous internship experience in HR would be an asset- General knowledge of HR trends- Preferably possess following skills: curiosity, analytical thinking, open communication, problem solving, team working, priority setting and time management capabilities, adaptability, driving for results- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required Diversity & Inclusion at Viatris At Viatris, diversity and inclusion are essential to our mission.
