**The role**:

- Support the introduction of new products and technologies;
- Seek optimization in terms of effectiveness/efficiency in the use of equipment and interface with Maintenance for reports and any proposals for corrective actions;
- Manage Production CAPA's;
- Draw up periodic reports on production progress;
- Support the BU in achieving the OEE results of the lines;
- Manage Production projects;
- Support the Operational Excellence function in its improvement activities;
- Support internal audits and external inspections such as Fronter and SME; Participate in internal audits and external inspections collaborating in the definition of corrective actions;
- Provide useful information on line capacity and work cycles by supporting the Business Units;
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional teams for the implementation of new processes/procedures;
- Drafting and implementation of procedures;
- Coordinate the training of department personnel;
- Support the activities of Shift Supervisors, providing support on the use of six systems, training and working methods;
- Ensure that all the activities of its competence are completed in accordance with the regulations in force, site procedures and company policies; guarantee compliance with internal and Corporate procedures designed in accordance with current regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO 13485 and CRF 21 part 111.
- Creation and review of Production documentation (SOPs and Master Batch Records).
- Management of GMP training.
- CAPA's process management.
- Process variable analysis.
- Experience working with multifunctional team members.
- Scientific degree with experience in the role, alternatively technical diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
