**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
The Product Communication Officer will be part of the Product Communication & Medical Information Team. Major tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Collaborate in reviewing any scientific information, including Congress materials, about all Bayer Products to HCPs and public customers prepared by any Functions (MKTG, Medical, Market Research, Patient Access and Media Communication) for the PH and CH Divisions, in accordance with regulatory Authorities and Bayer Communication Policies.
- Work and collaborate cross-functionally with global and local functions to ensure that all Congress scientific communication activities are compliant to the local rules.
- Support to Head of PC to evaluate a fair and compliance digital communication, aligning the CPH campaigns with local guidelines and policies.
- Submit all promotional documentation about medicinal products to AIFA and, provide the Ministry of Health Agency with all required / needed information, in collaboration with the Product Communication Specialist
- Approve all Congress scientific programs for sponsorship
- Support the Med Info team, in answering scientific requests from MI Call Center, when needed.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Scientific Degree, preferably a MD or Pharmacy
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry
- Interested in both company products portfolio, market strategies and competitors
- Open minded in acquiring new skills in Scientific Information guidelines
- Reliable partner in team and cross-functional work
- Show flexibility, positive thinking, and problem-solving attitude
- Internal and external customer strong orientation
- Digital skills are preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

Type of contract: Temporary work 12 months
