**Meraki Talent **are working on a new, exciting
**English speaking opportunity in Italy. **This role is with a
**Big 4 **firm and is available in
**Milan, Italy. **We are looking to recruit three new managers, as the team is experiencing significant growth in the past 12 months. This is a rare opportunity for someone to join a team of about 50 professionals, who are part of the wider Deals department consisting of about 100 colleagues.

Most of the team are Italian, however, there are also British, American, and Albanian colleagues. Majority of the work is done in English however, to progress to director/partner level becoming business fluent in Italian is a necessity. This will be supported by the company and they offer Italian classes. This team works on varying deals from small to large cap, and are sector agnostic with a specialised team for FS deals.

**Requirements of TS Manager**:

- 6-9 years of TS/FDD experience in consulting environment (can consider someone with background in audit with 3+ years of TS experience)
- Fully fluent English
- Proficiency in Italian OR willing & committed to become fluent
- Outgoing, confident personality
- At least 1 year on managerial level
- Proven track record of managing your own teams and assignments
