**Job Position** **Description** **Action** **Quality Control** **LOCATION**: Busto Garolfo (MI) **DUTIES** - Management of certificates of conformity/analysis and technical data of raw materials, surface treatment/coatings, mechanical and optical parts, electronical components,... - Incoming inspection of the parts by dimensional tests and visual inspection - Programming and measurements of the parts with CMM machine - Definition of the parameters to be inspected/tested for new items - Final inspection of the items - Release of certificates of conformity for the items - Management of non-conformities and deviations vs Suppliers and Costumers - Management of all the traceability aspects and records inside the ISO9001 quality system - Calibration of laboratory instruments **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**: - Working experience >2 years or scientific degree **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**: - Knowledge of technical drawings - Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes - Experience with laboratory instrumentation - Experience with CMM (Plus) - Experience with optical tests (Plus) - Management of non-conformities (Plus)
