You will be an integral part of our Finance and Procurement teams, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across the organization.

As a Margin Enhancement & Vendor Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Cooperating with Contract Manager, Manufacturing, Project Managers, Quality, Engineering and Finance to define Supplier responsibilities, negotiation and recovery
- Interacting with the Procurement and Logistics organization to provide regular feedback about supplier recovery status
- Giving the visibility to Internal customers on the negotiation status and results obtained
- Providing feedback to support processes continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have extensive background in Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management
- Have a demonstrated experience in managing complex negotiations
- Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative in solving problems
- Show an analytical approach to problem-solving, and be motivated and focused on results.
- Be fluent in English and have a valid EU work permit
