We are seeking a proactive and bilingual professional to join our team as a **Relocation Lending Closet Services Assistant (RLCSA)**. This role plays a key part in supporting U.S. military personnel, civilians, and their families during their transition into or out of Vicenza by managing household item lending services and providing relocation assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service and administrative support at the ACS Relocation Office.
- Maintain accurate inventory and lending records in the Client Tracking System (CTS).
- Issue and receive household items from the Lending Closet.
- Follow up on overdue items and maintain physical and electronic customer documentation.
- Create flyers and prepare welcome packets for incoming personnel and families.
- Assist in setting up and supporting relocation briefings and orientation sessions.
- Update local community information for relocation databases and resource displays.
- Submit monthly reports, maintain sign-in sheets, and support the COR as needed.
- Attend required training and maintain updated certifications.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Fluent in both **English and Italian** (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and interact effectively with a diverse community.
