**Procurement & Supply Chain Manager**

La risorsa inserita si occuperà supportare e gestire l’intero ciclo di approvvigionamento, dalla richiesta di offerta (RFQ) fino al rilascio dell’ordine di acquisto (PO) e all’amministrazione del processo di fornitura.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Sviluppare e gestire il piano di approvvigionamento secondo le linee guida aziendali;
- Emettere le RFQ e gestire tutto il processo fino al rilascio dei PO;
- Emettere gli ordini di acquisto (PO) e gestire il controllo delle modifiche (CR/CC);
- Gestire la negoziazione delle offerte e la valutazione/qualificazione dei fornitori;
- Negoziare e gestire i contratti con i fornitori, inclusi gli accordi di non divulgazione (NDA);
- Effettuare audit e valutazioni sui fornitori per garantire capacità e capacità operative;
- Monitorare le performance dei fornitori, inclusi on-time delivery (OTD) e quality delivery (OQD);
- Supportare la gestione dei rischi nell’intero processo di approvvigionamento;
- Supervisionare l’avanzamento delle consegne e gestire l’amministrazione dell'approvvigionamento dal rilascio del PO fino alla fatturazione e al pagamento.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia;
- Esperienza di 5-10 anni nel settore aeronautico;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese;
- Competenze solide di negoziazione a livello internazionale;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e orientato al risultato.
