Global Project Management Supply Lead

As a key leader in our Global Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer projects across multiple factories.

**Your Mission**:

- Strategic Project Leadership: oversee comprehensive project planning and establish clear milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: regularly assess and update the physical progress of projects, ensuring alignment with initial cost projections and timelines. Your insights will be crucial in identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: ensure that all equipment is delivered on time, in full, and meets the highest quality standards compared to agreed timeline of the project.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead the Order Fulfillment Team within the Production Center, fostering collaboration across factorie to ensure a seamless execution of customer projects rather than focusing solely on individual equipment pieces.
- Continuous Improvement: drive initiatives to enhance project performance metrics, including cost management against the frozen budget, progress tracking against milestones, and achieving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery at both project and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) stages.

**Your Profile**:

- We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least **2-3 years of experience** and a solid background in operational project management and supply chain experience, particularly within technical and international environments.
- We value agility and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- **Fluency in English**, both written and spoken, is crucial for clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
