- **What will you do as a CSR Specialist?**_

We are currently hiring a CSR Specialist, reporting to the Finance Function, who will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts. As CSR Specialist you will be responsible for helping to develop policies relating to a variety of important factors such as sustainability, quality certifications, compliance and ethical matters.
- **Your responsibilities**_
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Writing and actioning the company's social responsibility strategy
- Managing the process for Quality certification and compliance
- Developing policies relating to the company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities
- Ensuring that company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs
- Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders, in Italy and abroad
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
- Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers, the Executive Team and the board.
- **Your requirements**_
- You have prior experience within a similar role - 3 to 5 years
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations and best practices for CSR, Quality certification and compliance
- You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials, tailored for the audience.
